Dragged folders and files from Eclipse to a folder. Pressed Ctrl Z, can't find folders now

Dragged folders and files from Eclipse to a folder. Pressed Ctrl Z, can't
find folders now

I've tried undoing and redoing, but I can't get the files back that I was
just working with. Please tell me there is some kind of utility that will
get my files back. Please and thank you
