Create tags like stack overflow no server side code [on hold]
The requirement is to have an input called tags / Keywords and after
pressing space the tag to become independent (like stackoverflow does)
also have an x on top to delete. Maximum of 5 tags, 25 chars per tag, tag
characters a-z and numeric only. JavaScript can be used.
